Founded in the 18th cenutry, Château Le Pape produces an elegant Pessac-Léognan wine, made mostly of Merlot grapes. Purchased in 2012 by Robert and Elisabeth Wilmers, the owners of Haut-Bailly, the estate benefits from the know-how and expertise of the classified growth’s team. In the heart of a 9-hectare vineyard, the 18th century house and the gardens of Château Le Pape have been renovated in order to reveal the charm of this estate and the priviledged calm atmosphere of this unique location. Château Le Pape has opened guestrooms in September 2015.
